Article 1

In Item 1 of article 14 of the Federal Law of July 24, 1998 No. 124-FZ "About basic guarantees of the rights of the child in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 31, Art. 3802; 2008, No. 30, Art. 3616; 2009, No. 23, Art. 2773; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4600; 2013, No. 26, of the Art. 3208) of the word "and tobacco products" shall be replaced with words ", tobacco products or nikotinsoderzhashchy products,".

Article 2

Bring in the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2005, No. 1, Art. 37; 2006, No. 31, Art. 3433; 2007, No. 26, Art. 3089; 2008, No. 52, Art. 6236; 2011, No. 27, Art. 3881; 2013, No. 43, Art. 5444; 2016, No. 1, Art. 76; 2020, No. 14, Art. 2029) following changes:

1) in Article 6.23:

a) add the name with the words "or consumption of nikotinsoderzhashchy products";

b) the paragraph one of part 1 after words of "tobacco consumption" to add with the words "or consumption of nikotinsoderzhashchy products";

2) in Article 6.24:
