1) in Article 2:

a) state Item 2 in the following edition:

"2) education - the activities aimed at the development of the personality, creation of conditions for self-determination and socialization of the sociocultural, spiritual and moral values and rules and standards of behavior accepted in the Russian society studying at basis for the benefit of the person, families, societies and the states, forming at students of sense of patriotism, civic consciousness, respect for memory of defenders of the Fatherland and feats of Heroes of the Fatherland, the law and law and order, the person of work and the senior generation, mutual respect, careful attitude to cultural heritage and traditions of the multinational people of the Russian Federation, the nature and the environment;";

b) state Item 9 in the following edition:
