The decision of general meeting of copartners in 2020 can be made by holding absentee voting on the questions which are within the exclusive competence of general meeting of members of gardening or gardening non-commercial partnership, provided by part 1 of article 17 of this Federal Law irrespective of availability in the charter of partnership of procedure for correspondence voting.".
