About entering of amendment into the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 4 of Article 928.9 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 with the new offer of the following content: "Presence of the client (account holder) in the Republic of Armenia can be confirmed also without appearance of the pensioner in bank according to the procedure, established by the Government.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in three months after its official publication.
Article 3. The order of the Government about establishment of procedure for confirmation by bank of presence of the client (account holder) in the Republic of Armenia is accepted within three months after entry into force of this Law.
