The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Cancel the regulatory legal acts of federal executive bodies containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated when holding actions for implementation of federal state control (supervision) in the field of migration, according to the list according to appendix.
2. The offer second of Item 13 of the Regulations on establishment of form of the visa, procedure and conditions of its registration and issue, prolongation of term of its action, its recovery in case of loss, and also procedure for the cancellation of the visa approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 9, 2003 No. 335 "About approval of the Regulations on establishment of form of the visa, procedure and conditions of its registration and issue, prolongation of term of its action, its recovery in case of loss and also procedure for cancellation of the visa" (Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 24, Art. 2329), to state in the following edition: "The specified list affirms the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.".
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
