According to the Budget code of Ukraine, Item 35-1.10 of Article 35-1 of the Section I of the Tax code of Ukraine, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 2020 to No. 321 "About approval of the Procedure for functioning of the single account and accomplishment of regulations of article 35-1 of the Tax Code of Ukraine by the central executive bodies", to the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. In Item 1.2 of the Section I of the Procedure for the opening and closing of accounts in national currency in bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 22, 2012 No. 758, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 18, 2012 for No. 1206/21518 (with changes):

the second offer of the paragraph of the seventh after words "social and pension insurance," to add with the words "single account";

the paragraph the thirteenth after words of "deposit facilities" to add with words ", the single account".

2. To provide to department of the government budget submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
