Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 30, 2017 No. 1043 "About forming, conducting and approval of the all-Russian basic (industry) lists (qualifiers) the state and municipal services rendered to physical persons and federal lists (qualifiers) of the state services which are not included in the all-Russian basic (industry) lists (qualifiers) of the state and municipal services rendered to physical persons and works which rendering and accomplishment is provided by regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 36, Art. 5459; 2018, No. 15, Art. 2162).

In Item 16 of Rules of forming, maintaining and approval of the all-Russian basic (industry) lists (qualifiers) of the state and municipal services rendered to physical persons approved by the specified resolution shall be replaced with words the words "within 30 working days from the date of adoption (change) of such act" "within year in which it is accepted such act (is changed)".
