About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 10, 2019 No. 313

Make change to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 10, 2019 No. 313 "About the size of the fee paid by subjects of auditor activities for benefit of Body of public supervision of auditor activities" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 32, of the Art. 1160), having added the deciding part with the paragraph of the following content:
"Determine that in 2020 the size of the fee determined in paragraph one of this resolution constitutes 0,5 of percent of the amount of remuneration on the agreement of rendering auditor services in statutory audit to the companies which are of public interest. The amounts of fees which are excessively paid in 2020 by subjects of auditor activities for benefit of Body of public supervision of auditor activities are set off on account of future payments.".
