About modification and amendments in the Law "About Local Self-government in the City of Yerevan"

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd article 17 of the Law of December 26, 2008 "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" (further - the Law) the words "in article 44 of this Law" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-5 "article 142.2 of the Constitutional law "The Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia".".
Article 2. To add article 41 of the Law with part 2 following of content:
"2. The procedure for elections of the mayor is established by the Constitutional law "The Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia".".
Article 3. Recognize Articles 44 and 46 invalid.
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
