About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About National Bank of Tajikistan"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About National Bank of Tajikistan" of June 28, 2011 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 6, Art. 435; 2014, No. 7 of h 2, Art. 409, Art. 410; 2018, No. 7-8, of Art. 531; 2019, No. 7, Art. 474) following changes and amendments:

1. Regarding 3rd Article 6 of the word "and with terrorism financing" shall be replaced with words "financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction".

2. To add part 2 of article 22 after the word "if" with the words "there is one of these bases".

3. The ninth to state the paragraph to part 1 of Article 77 in the following edition:
