About modification of the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Labor code of the Republic of Moldova No. 154/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 159-162, 648), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 10 to add 2) with the Item b-1) of the following content:

"approve and/or change b-1) states of employees of the company in accordance with the terms, established by this code;".

2. In Article 19:

in Item b) words", permission of collective labor disputes" to exclude;

add Article with Item е) the following content:

"e) participation of agents of the parties of social partnership in process of extrajudicial permission of collective labor dispute (conciliatory procedure).".

3. In Article 27:

Forming of representative body is performed on the basis of the principle of pro rata representation of patronages depending on the number of his members. In the absence of the agreement on creation of single representative body for the organization of collective bargainings the right to their maintaining is granted to the patronage combining the greatest number of members.".

4. Item j) parts (Article 55 to declare 1) invalid.
