About introduction of amendments to the Law on registers No. 71/2007
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on registers No. 71/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 70-73, 314), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. In part (2) Article 7 of the word "The agency of the state services." shall be replaced with words "The agency of electronic control.".
2. In part (1) Article 8 of the word "at the expense of special means", shall be replaced with words "from other sources,".
Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
(2) to the Government in 3-month time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
