About introduction of amendments to article 31 of the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Part (1) article 31 of the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998 (repeated publication: 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the words "or the representative authorized by the power of attorney".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
