1. According to the paragraph parts three of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" to allocate the ninth Fonda of state-owned property of 48400 thousand hryvnias (consumption expenses) on irretrievable basis from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects for partial recovery of expenses according to the budget program 6611020 "The actions connected with carrying out privatization of state-owned property", reduced in connection with creation of the specified fund.

2. According to part four of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" to reduce amount of expenses of consumption according to the budget program 2501520 "Allowance payment by children to physical persons entrepreneurs who chose simplified taxation system and treat the first and second group of payers of the single tax, at the expense of funds which are allocated from fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects" for the amount of 48400 thousand hryvnias and to increase expenses according to the budget program 3511380 "Fund of fight against sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2, caused by coronavirus and its effects" by the amount of 48400 thousand hryvnias.
