Article 1. If in the first afternoon of the period of receipt of the right to maternity leave of the hired employee involved in microentrepreneurship (including the family member, being hired employee, involved in family entrepreneurship till January 1, 2020), day from January 1, 2020 to day of entry into force of this Law is, then as to unemployed person the benefit on motherhood is issued to it according to the procedure, established by the Law "About Public Welfare Payments".
If the period of receipt of the right to maternity leave of the family member which is the hired employee involved till January 1, 2020 in family entrepreneurship begins in 2019, then as to unemployed person the benefit on motherhood is issued to it according to the procedure, the established Law "About Public Welfare Payments".
