About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2019 No. 432/11

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure of clearing settlements by means of the automated information system of execution of monetary commitments and its functioning approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2019 No. 432/11, the following changes:
in paragraph five of part three of subitem 34.1 of Item 34 of the word "bodies (officials) who made (passed) decision on suspension account transactions and (or) the resolution (determination) on seizure" shall be replaced with words ", provided in Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 29, 2020 No. 150 "About account transactions";
in Item 35:
in paragraph three of part one of the word "irrespective of availability or lack of money on accounts (electronic money in e-wallets) in bank" shall be replaced with words "in the presence of money on the account (electronic money in e-wallet) in bank for execution (partial execution) of unexecuted monetary commitment of the payer specified in the electronic document received from AIS IDO according to the paragraph the fourth Item parts one 33 this provision";
in part two of the word "and also information on availability of the corresponding permission" shall be replaced with words ", information on availability of the corresponding permission, and also account number (e-wallet) concerning which such permission is got";
