About modification of the Order of the Government No. 1387/2007 about approval of the Single program of compulsory medical insurance

Based on part (1) article 2 of the Law No. 1585/1998 on compulsory medical insurance (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 38-39, 280), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Single program of compulsory medical insurance approved by the Order of the Government No. 1387/2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 198-202, 1443), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 5 to add 1) with letter v) the following content:

"v) codes of special purpose (U07.1; U07.2)";

Item 14 to add 2) with subitem 3-1) of the following content:

"3-1) medical care in case of urgentnost of public health (observation in the conditions of self-isolation, treatment at home, selection of biological tests at home, challenge of ambulance for the cases corresponding to criteria of hospitalization) according to the regulating documents approved by the Ministry of Health, work and social protection";

3) in Item 18-1:

2) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"2) services of chemotherapy (cytostatics and other antineoplastic medicines)";

add with the subitem 3) of the following content:

"3) services of radiation therapy";

Item 29 to declare 4) invalid;

Appendix No. 1 to add 5) with the letter A-1 of the following content:
