About modification and amendments in the Law "About Temporary Disability Benefits and to Motherhood"

Article 1. "About temporary disability benefits and to motherhood" (further - the Law) to state part 2 of article 1 of the Law of October 27, 2010 to No. ZR-160 in the following edition:

"2. Provisions of this Law do not extend to military personnel, rescue employees, criminal and executive employees and forced contractors of court resolutions. In the period of temporary disability of persons specified in this part, their remuneration remains.".

Article 2. In article 4 of the Law:

Article 4. In part 6 of article 24 of the Law shall be replaced with words the word of "month" "the month following behind day".
