About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law "About Highways"

Article 1. No. ZR-240 "About highways" (further - the Law) after the word "contents" to add part 1 of article 1 of the Law of December 5, 2006 with the word of "control".

Article 2. To declare the Item "e" of part 1 of article 4 of the Law invalid.

Article 3. To add heading of Chapter 4 of the Law before the word "responsibility" with the words "control of highways".

Article 4. To add Chapter 4 of the Law with Article 16.1 of the following content:

"Article 16.1. Control of highways

1. Control of designing, construction (installation), operation, content and repair of highways and the equipment for the organization of their traffic performs the inspection body exercising control in the field of transport (further - inspection body).

2. The inspection body in case of control, established by part of 1 this Article, can perform more than one check within year in objects of town planning and at the business entities performing road-building activities at whom within the state subventsionny programs town-planning activities during the entire period of the works provided by this program for the purpose of ensuring control of their quality are performed.".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
