About entering of amendment into the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Article 172 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of July 1, 1998 to add with part 3.4 following of content:
"3.4. The rules established by part 3.2 of this Article are not effective concerning provision of office data on the list of the security accounts of the client opened by the Central depositary and other persons having the right to maintaining the register of owners (nominee holders) securities, office data on type and status of each account, and also office data on shares and owners (nominee holders) of shares. The bodies performing criminal prosecution receive the data provided by this part according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 6 parts 2 of article 98 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market".".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
