1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, No. 156 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012:
in the column "Effective Period of the References or Other Documents Issued when Implementing Ministerial Procedure" of Item 23.4 of the word "3 years" shall be replaced with words "5 years";
in Item 23.5:
in subitem 23.5.1:
in the column "The List of the Documents and (or) Data Represented by Interested Persons to Authorized Body for Implementation of Ministerial Procedure":
to exclude from the paragraph of the fourth word "or the contract of the legal entity or physical person registered as the individual entrepreneur with the foreign manufacturer about accomplishment of functions of the foreign manufacturer regarding ensuring compliance of delivered goods to requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union and regarding responsibility for discrepancy of delivered goods to requirements of technical regulations Customs soyuza2";
to state paragraphs of the fifth or seventh in the following edition:
