1. No. 342 "About approval of admissible parameters of the vehicles intended for movement on highways public" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11009, published on May 15, 2015 in the Information system of law of Ad_let) to add the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2015 with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Operation of this order does not extend to the vehicles registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan or in People's Republic of China, performing transportation of goods from People's Republic of China to the transport and logistic centers located in the territory of the Kazakhstan automobile check points through Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan with People's Republic of China without departure on the highways of the Republic of Kazakhstan located outside such Items.".

2. To provide to committee of transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
