Operational entering into the list of the major medicines of changes in part of inclusion of medicines, possible to appointment and application for treatment and the prevention of the diseases constituting danger to people around, provided by methodical recommendations of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in the conditions of emergency situation and (or) in case of threat of spread of such diseases, is performed on representation of the Ministry without application of the provisions established by Items 13 - 35 these rules.
