About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

This law:

- shifts the subitem c) of Item 1 of appendix X to Regulations (EU) No. 1169/2011 of the European Parliament and Council of October 25, 2011 about provision to information users about food, about modification of Regulations (EU) No. 1924/2006 and (EU) No. 1959/2006 of the European Parliament and Council and about cancellation of the Directive 87/250/EEC of the Commission, the Directive 90/496/EEC of Council, the Directive 1999/10/EU of the Commission, the Directive 2000/13/EU of the European Parliament and Council, Directives 2002/67/EU and 2008/5/EU of the Commission and Regulations (EU) to No. 608/2004 of the Commission published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 304 of November 22, 2011 with the last changes made by Regulations (EU) 2015/2283 European Parliament and Council of November 25, 2015;

- partially the Regulations (EU) shift No. 579/2014 of the Commission of May 28, 2014 about introduction of admissible departures from some provisions of appendix II to Regulations (EU) No. 852/2004 of the European Parliament and Council concerning transportation of liquid oils and fats across the sea published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 160 of May 29, 2014 with the last changes made by Regulations (EU) 2019/978 Commissions of June 14, 2019.

Art. I. - In part (2) article 42 of the Law on veterinary and sanitary activities No. 221/2007 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art.
