About recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of control of observance of the antitrust law of the Russian Federation

1. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of control of observance of the antitrust law of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.

1. The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 20, 1997 No. 1613 "About the Program of demonopolization and development of the competition in the market of housing and communal services for 1998 - 1999" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 1, the Art. 128).

3.
