Additional requirements to organizers of gamblings

1. The organizer of gamblings in bookmaker offices or totalizators (further - the organizer of gamblings) performing activities for acceptance of the interactive rates transferred by money transfer including electronic money (except for postal orders), the single center of accounting of transfers of rates of bookmaker offices and totalizators with use of electronic instruments of payment according to orders of participants of gamblings:

a) uses for each type of the rendered services specified in license for activities on the organization and carrying out gamblings in bookmaker offices or totalizators, no more than one domain name which is registered in accordance with the established procedure addressed to the organizer of gamblings or concerning which to the organizer of gamblings the administration rights (the right of management of domain name) are transferred;

b) uses for acceptance of interactive rates and payment of prizes to physical persons - to participants of gamblings from which interactive rates, the bank account opened in the single center of accounting of transfers of rates of bookmaker offices and totalizators are accepted;
