About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" concerning elimination of legislative collisions and gaps

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 39, Art. 383 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in part five of the word "In Settlements where There Are No Notaries" "In rural settlements";

The word of "orders" to replace 2) in part seven with the word of "powers of attorney".

2. In part two of Article 2-1 of the word "Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of justice in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words "and its territorial authorities".

3. In Article 3:

Part the second to state 1) in the following edition:
