About introduction of amendments to the Law on information and technological parks No. 77/2016

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on information and technological parks No. 77/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 157-162, 318), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Part (Article 6 to state 3) in the following edition:

"(3) Sources of the income of administration of the park consist of compulsory contributions of residents of the park, and also of other legal income gained when implementing the functions provided by Items h) and l) Article 13. The size of compulsory contributions of residents of the park is established by administration of the park according to regulations on its activities depending on the number of residents of the park and the sales return gained by them.".

2. Item c) parts (Article 15 to state 1) in the following edition:

"c) possibility of use of financial resources from Fund of support of digital innovations and technological startups which acts on the basis of the provision approved by the Government providing the principles, mission and the purposes of fund, and also procedure for forming and use of these means;".

3. In part (1) Article 16 of the word "60 percent" shall be replaced with words "68 percent".

4. In Article 19:

in part (1):

in the prolog change concerns only the text in state language;

in Items and) and b) the words "three-months term" shall be replaced with words "the 30-day term";

add part with Item e) the following content:

"e) at the initiative of administration of the park in case owing to the annual check performed by audit company it is determined that the resident does not conform to the qualification requirements applicable to the residents of the information and technological park provided by this law any more.";

in part (2) words "Items a) and b)" shall be replaced with words "Items a), b) and e)".
