About modification of some regulations

Art. I. - In the subitem b) Item 5 and Item 24 of appendix 3 to the Law on highways No. 509/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 7-17, 32), with subsequent changes shall be replaced with words words of "National patrol inspection" "National inspectorate of public safety".

Art. II. - In part (1) article 39 of the Law on obligatory civil liability insurance for the damage caused by vehicles, No. 414/2006 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 44-48, 85), with subsequent changes, the words "National Patrol Inspection" shall be replaced with words "National inspectorate of public safety".

Art. III. - In the subitem b) parts (4) article 148 of the Code of road transport No. 150/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 247-248, 568), with subsequent changes, shall be replaced with words the words "with National patrol inspection" "with the National inspectorate of public safety".

Art. IV. - In the subitem third Item b) and the subitem the first Item c) parts (2) article 10 of the Law No. 172/2019 on the government budget for 2020 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 393-399, 321), with subsequent changes, shall be replaced with words words of "National inspectorate on patrol" "National inspectorate of public safety".

Art. V. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
