About modification of some regulations

Art. I. - In the Law on assessment and accreditation in health care system No. 552/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 155-157, 1234), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In all text of the law of the word "National Accreditation Agency in the Field of Health Care and the Public Assistance" and "Agency" to replace respectively with the words "National Council by Assessment and Accreditation in Health Care System" and "Council" in the corresponding case.

2. Part (Article 3 to add 1) with the Item e-1) of the following content:

"e-1) non-commercial (non-profitable) nature of activities;".

3. State Article 8 in the following edition:

"Article 8. The body responsible for assessment and accreditation in health care system

(1) the Body responsible for assessment and accreditation in health care system, is the National council by assessment and accreditation in health care system (further - Council) which is legal entity and has seal with the image of the State Emblem and the name and also performs the activities based on the provision approved by the Government.

(2) Council performs non-commercial (non-profitable) activities and acts on the basis of the principles of self-government."

4. In Item b) parts (articles 9 figure "7" to replace 2) with figures "15".

5. In Article 11:

part (to add 3) with the Item a-1) of the following content:

"a-1) sanitary permission to functioning;";

in part (figures "10" to replace 4) with figures "30";

in part (figure "7" to replace 6) with figures "15";

part (to state 7) in the following edition:

"(7) the Management of the new created supplier of medical or pharmaceutical services requests assessment and accreditation no later than one year after the beginning of the activities.".

6. In part (articles 11-1 figure "7" to replace 1) with figures "15".
