About introduction of amendments to the Law on the principles of subsidizing of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone No. 276/2016

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the principles of subsidizing of development of agricultural industry and the rural zone No. 276/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 67-71, 93), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 3:

after the concept "LEADER approach" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"the inspection statement - the document by means of which administrative transaction on establishment on site of subject to the investment declared in the request for provision of subsidy is fixed;";

after the concept "development of the rural zone" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"the female farmer - the agricultural producer registered in the rural settlement, the founder/member (in case of peasant economy) and which managing director is the woman having the corresponding professional skills and qualification and for the first time acting in agricultural enterprise as his managing director;";

after the concept "support measure" to add Article with concept of the following content:

"the come-back migrant - the citizen of the Republic of Moldova who was abroad at least one year for the purpose of implementation of labor activity based on the employment contract, came back to the Republic of Moldova since 2020 and registered the agricultural activities in one of the forms established by the law;";

in the concept "applicant" of the word "according to population census and dwellings of 2014)" shall be replaced with words "according to the last conducted population census and dwellings),";

in the concept "young farmer" of figure "35" to replace with figures "40".

2. Item d) Article 5 to add with the words "and indicators".
