About introduction of amendments to article 33 of the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 33 of the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998 (repeated publication: 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (6) the following content:
"(6) the Statement for review of old-age pension on the conditions provided by Articles (4-1) and (4-2), it is represented in territorial authority of social insurance at the place of residence of insured person or electronically by means of the single government portal of the state services, the government portal of the citizen or the official web page of National cash desk of social insurance.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
