About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Code about elections No. 1381/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 451-463, 768), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In part (Article 2 of the word "Diplomatic Representations and Consulates" shall be replaced with words 3) "The government of the Republic of Moldova, Central Election Commission, diplomatic representations and consulates";

2. In part (5) Article 31 of the word "from among his staff or the staff of other diplomatic organizations", shall be replaced with words "from among his staff, the staff of other diplomatic organizations or, according to the offer of Central Election Commission, from the Register of employees of the selective sphere, after approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration,".

Art. II. - Item d) parts (1) article 8 of the Law on political parties No. 294/2007 (2008, 119), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 42-44, in the following edition:

"d) the constituent document to which are attached the list of members of political party whose number cannot be less than one thousand, constituent documents of the territorial organizations of batch, the list of the delegates participating in constituent congress. The list of party members constituted based on declarations of accession to batch shall contain: surname, name, floor, birth date, the residence, series and document number, proving the identity, and the signature of the member;".

Art. III. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
