About modification and amendments in the Law "About Transport"

Article 1. No. ZR-201 "About transport" (further - the Law) to declare the Item of part 2 of article 5 of the Law of February 3, 1998 invalid.

Article 2. To exclude from part 2 of article 7 of the Law of the word "and the control connected with these activities".

Article 3. Regarding 1 article 23 of the Law of the word of "the state authorized body of transport system" shall be replaced with words "the inspection body exercising control in the field of transport (further - inspection body)".

Article 4. In article 28 of the Law:

1) regarding 1 word "state authorized body of transport system" shall be replaced with words "inspection body";

To add 2) with part 3 following of content:

"3. Inspection body:

1) within the competence exercises control of execution of requirements of legal acts, licenses and the international permissions in the field of transport;

2) applies the measures of responsibility for violation of requirements of the legislation regulating the sphere of transport provided by the law;

3) performs other powers assigned to it by the law.".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
