About implementation of system of "Single window on execution of export, import and transit procedures"

According to article 14 of the Constitutional law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Since September 1, 2020 to implement the "Single Window on Execution of Export, Import and Transit Procedures" system and to transfer clerical work of state bodies and organizations regarding execution of export, import and transit procedures from paper to the electronic medium.

2. Approve the list of the state bodies and organizations represented to participants of foreign economic activity allowing documents and certificates for import export and transit of goods with use of the "Single Window on Execution of Export, Import and Transit Procedures" system (is applied).

3. To provide to the state unitary enterprise "Center of the Single Window" under Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan access of the state bodies and organizations included in the list to the "Single Window on Execution of Export, Import and Transit Procedures" system.

4. To the state bodies and the organizations included in the list to resolve all technical and organizational issues for accession to the "Single Window on Execution of Export, Import and Transit Procedures" system.
