Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of production of special brands, their acquisitions, marking of tobacco products by them, accounting, identifications and destructions of the damaged special brands approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 26, 2010 No. 27 "About special brands for marking of tobacco products" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 5, Art. 534; 2016, No. 50, Art. 7102).

2. To the Federal Tax Service in 3-month time to develop and approve procedure for offsetting and (or) return of the money listed as ensuring obligation fulfillment of the producer of tobacco products about use of special brands according to their appointment.
