About modification of the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About insurance activity"

1.1. add with Article 885-1 of the following content:

"Article 885-1. System of agrarian insurance

The relations covered by system of agrarian insurance are regulated by this Code, the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About insurance activity" and "About agrarian insurance".";

1.2. in Article 915 to "Article" shall be replaced with words the word "and Articles 16.6";

1.3. add with Article 916.1-1 of the following content:

"916.1-1. In addition to questions, stipulated in Article 916.1 of this Code, in rules of insurance, connected with agrarian insurance, also other questions provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About agrarian insurance" are determined.";

1.4. add Article 937.1 with the second offer of the following content:

"The agreement of agrarian insurance is signed with use of services of the intermediary agroinsurers established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About agrarian insurance".".

2.1. in Article 1.1.12 to replace the word "or" with comma and to add in this Article after the word with "body" words "or body (organization) established by relevant organ of the executive authority according to article 16.6 of this Law;

2.2. add with Article 2.5 of the following content:

"2.5. The relations covered by system of agrarian insurance are regulated by the Civil code, this Law and the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About agrarian insurance".";

2.3. add with Article 14.3.2.6-4 of the following content:

"14.3.2.6-4. The agrarian insurance providing implementation of insurance payment in the amount of full or partial recovery of the damage caused to valuable interests insured as a result of the cases provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About agrarian insurance";

2.4. in Article 14.3.2.7 of the word "14.3.2.6-3" shall be replaced with words "14.3.2.6-4";
