About modification of the Law "About Credit Institutions"

Article 1. "About credit institutions" to state the last offer of part 2 of article 8 of the Law of May 29, 2002 to No. ZR-359 in the following edition: "The conclusion and accomplishment of the transaction according to which the debtor will use the means received according to this transaction is considered provision of consumer loan or loan it is exclusive in the consumer purposes which are not connected with its business activity, except for the credit or the loan of agricultural purpose granted in the amount up to 5.000.000 dram (including 5.000.000 dram of the Republic of Armenia), and (or) their equivalent in foreign currency, and the credit or the loan granted the midget commercial organizations and individual entrepreneurs in the amount up to 5.000.000 dram (including 5.000.000 dram of the Republic of Armenia), and (or) their equivalent in foreign currency established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state assistance to small and medium entrepreneurship". Article 2. This Law becomes effective in month from the date of its official publication. Operation of this Law extends to the agreements signed in day of entry into force of this Law and after that, and which arose from them the relation.
