About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil of November 28, 2011 (further - the Code):

Item 2 after the word "estimate" to add 1) with the words "or to revaluate";

2) Item 6 after the word "identifications" to add with words ", revaluations of field reserves or geographically allocated site of the field";

Item 25 after the word "actions" to add 3) with the words "according to the requirements to recultivation of lands established by the Land code of the Republic of Armenia";

To add 4) with Items 51 and 52 of the following content:

"51) geographically allocated site of the field - the allocated site of the field which is registered on the state stock balance of minerals which is registered under the separate name and border markers;

52) the field like river deposits - the alluvial territory of the rivers which contains renewable inventories of the sand (gravel, gravel and pebble mix) which is saved up as a result of river floods which received geological economic evaluation.".

Article 2. In article 7 of the Code:

Part 6 after the words "according to the procedure" to add 1) with the words "and in time";

To add 2) with parts 6.1 - 6.10 following contents:

"6.1. Subsurface logical examination is performed by authorized body.

6.2. To the subsurface logical examination of materials concerning assessment of inventories of minerals, authorized body experts can be involved.
