"On projects of the companies of neutralization, conversion of dangerous and safe wastes, and also constructions, polygons the document of environmental impact assessment (EIA) according to the procedure, provided by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About environmental impact assessment" is developed for these purposes, and the state environmental assessment of this document is carried out.
If the available objects provided by part three of this Article conform to ecological requirements to impact indicators on the environment, then in case of reconstruction of these objects or replacement of the constructions which are available on these objects and the equipment development of the document of environmental impact assessment (EIA) is not required, however corresponding changes taking into account requirements of regulatory legal acts in the field of environmental protection and technical regulatory legal acts are made to documents (the maximum permissible emission (MPE), the maximum permissible dumping (MPD), the ecological passport) issued on these objects by body (organization) established by relevant organ of the executive authority.
