About modification and amendments in the Law "About Entering of Amendments and Changes into the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. In article 57 of the Law of June 22, 2015 No. ZR-96 "About entering of amendments and changes into the Labor code of the Republic of Armenia":

1) in part 2:

. add with parts 2.1 and 2.2 of the following content:

"2.1. Since January 1, 2020 employers represent service records of persons which are in employment relationships with them as of day of entry into force of this Law based on information of the information base established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the personified accounting of the income tax, income tax and social payment" to the following terms:

1) the employers having 1000 and more workers - within three months after their notification according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia;

2) the employers having from 300 to 1000 workers - within six months after their notification according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia;

3) the employers having from 100 to 300 workers - within nine months after their notification according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia;

4) the employers having from 50 to 100 workers - within twelve months after their notification according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia;

5) the employers having up to 50 workers - within fifteen months after their notification according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

2.2. On the employers who did not submit service records within the terms specified in part 2.1 of this Article, the obligation on submission of books can be imposed judicially.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
