About introduction of amendments to article 35 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548/1995

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 35 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 297-300, 544), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

in part (the words "do not bear civil, administrative or criminal responsibility" shall be replaced with words 1) "do not bear civil, administrative, pravonarushitelny or criminal liability";

"(2-1) If the degree of jurisdiction the final and taken legal effect decision determines unfair making of any action or act or omission of their accomplishment in case of execution of powers of National Bank that did harm to the third parties, the costs connected with it provided by part (2), are compensated to National Bank by person on whom the relevant decision is made if these costs are incurred by National Bank.";

in part (4) words "parts (1) and (" shall be replaced with words 2) "parts (1), (2) and (2-1)".

Art. II. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

(2) to National Bank of Moldova in six-months time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
