About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on geodesy, cartography and geoinformatics No. 778/2001 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 29-31, 160), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In article 1 to state the concept "land and cartographic certificate" of the following edition:

"the land and cartographic certificate - the allowing document issued by the Commission on certification of specialists in the field of geodesy, cartography, topographical researches and geoinformatics (further - the Commission on certification).".

2. State Article 6-1 in the following edition:

"Article 6-1. Certification of specialists in the field of geodesy, cartography, topographical researches of geoinformatics

Certification of specialists in the field of geodesy, cartography, topographical researches and geoinformatics is performed by the Commission on certification for the purpose of assessment of level of knowledge of the regulatory and normative and technical base necessary for administration and quality assurance of the works performed at the company in organization or the organization irrespective of form of business, and also for the purpose of determination of their practical experience.".

3. In Article 6-3:

Item c) parts (to state 1) in the following edition:

"c) underwent the procedure of certification;";

add Article with parts (1-1) and (1-2) following contents:

"(1-1) For receipt of the land and cartographic certificate the applicant submits the Commissions on certification the following documents:

a) the statement in which surname, the name, area (areas) for which, (which) the certificate is requested are entered;

b) copy of the identity document;

c) copies of diplomas about education and documents on assignment of academic degrees;

d) the document confirming work experience in the respective area;

e) the list of the specialized works performed by the applicant and/or with its participation;

f) certificate of lack of criminal record.
