About modification of the Regulations on the commercial mode and regulation of use of the galoidirovanny hydrocarbons destroying ozone layer, approved by the Law No. 852/2002

Art. I. - In the Regulations on the commercial mode and regulation of use of the galoidirovanny hydrocarbons destroying ozone layer, approved by the Law No. 852/2002 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 54-55, 383), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In the subitem 1) item 4:

in the subsubitem d) the words "in the II group of appendix C" shall be replaced with words "in I, II and III groups of appendix C,";

in the subsubitem h) the words "in the I group of appendix B" shall be replaced with words "in I, II and III groups of appendix B,".

2. In Item 5:

in the first paragraph of the word "in I and II groups of appendix A, in I, II and III groups of appendix B, in I, II and III groups of appendix C" shall be replaced with words "in the I group of appendix C,";

in the second paragraph the word "Contingent" shall be replaced with words "The annual contingent,", and the word "is distributed" - the words "it is valid and is distributed".

3. In the first offer of Item 5-1 the word "Contingent" shall be replaced with words "The annual contingent" and to add the offer with the words "according to Regulations on the mechanism of distribution of the annual contingents for import galoidirovannykh hydrochlorofluorocarbons, the approved Order of the Government No. 589/2018".

4. To add Item 11 after the words "in I and II groups of appendix C" with words ", and also their alternative substances specified in appendix 1 to the Regulations on measures for the emission reduction of air conditioning systems in vehicles approved by the Order of the Government No. 1242/2016".
