No. 6-12, 44), with subsequent changes, and also for the purpose of creation of effective and transparent electronic system of carrying out, accounting and control of public procurements in the Republic of Moldova DECIDES: the Government

1. The order of the Government No. 986/2018 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for maintaining the State register of public procurements created by the Automated information system MTender (2018, Art. No. 396-397, 1042) to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. Owners of electronic platforms of purchases are exempted from payment of duties on use of government electronic service of authentication and access control (MPass) and the integrated government electronic service of the digital signature (MSign) within the Automated information system MTender" for procedures of the public procurements initiated according to provisions of the Law No. 131/2015 on public procurements and for procedures of public procurements of small cost."

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
