About approval of forms of international certificates

According to part six of article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of compliance with law about foodstuff, sterns, by-products of animal origin, health and wellbeing of animals", Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of development of economy, trade and the agricultural industry of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (with changes) I ORDER:

1. Approve such which are applied:

1) form of the international certificate for import (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine of the processed animal protein, including mixes and products (except for forages for pets) which contain the specified protein, not intended for consumption by the person;

2) form of the international certificate for import (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine of the fresh meat (including the crushed (chopped) meat) house KRS (including types of Bubalus, Bison and their hybrid) intended for consumption by the person;

3) form of the international certificate for import (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine of milk, products on the basis of the milk and products received from milk, not intended for consumption by the person;

4) form of the international certificate for import (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine of fresh meat (including the crushed (chopped) meat) domestic sheep (Ovis aries) and goats (Capra hircus) intended for consumption by the person;

5) form of the international certificate for import (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine of colostrum and the products on the basis of colostrum which are not intended for consumption by the person;

6) form of the international certificate for import (transfer) to customs area of Ukraine of fresh meat (including the crushed (chopped) meat) domestic pigs (Sus scrofa) intended for consumption by the person;
