About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the board of trustees"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the board of trustees" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2014, No. 5, the Art. 363) the following changes:

1) in preamble of the word "social services" shall be replaced with words "the state services";

2) in Article 1:

b) add Article with the paragraph the fourth the following content:

"The humanitarian assistance - the assets gratuitously provided by the states, the organizations and physical persons to the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, local government body, the state, non-profit organization, and also the needing physical person in the form of food, the equipment, equipment, the equipment, medical means and medicines, other property for improvement of living conditions and life of the population.";
