1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 11, 2019 No. 203 "About further enhancement of system of public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan 2019, Art. No. 51-52, 399) the following changes and amendments:

in structure of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and development of the financial market approved by the above-named Decree:

add in the line, sequence number 1-1, of the following content:

"1-1. Department of bank analytics and stress testing";

5, to state line, sequence number in the following edition:

"5. Department of methodology and prudential regulation of the financial organizations";

add in the line, sequence number 5-1, of the following content:

13, to state line, sequence number in the following edition:

add in the line, sequence number 13-1, of the following content:

add in the line, sequence number 17-1, of the following content:
