Taxpayers of bonus are the domestic organizations, the foreign organizations performing activities in the Kyrgyz Republic through permanent organization and also the individual entrepreneurs having mineral right, except for the specialized organizations of water supply for selection and use of underground waters and the organizations for selection of underground waters for drinking water supply of settlements and also for rural producers in the field of livestock production, crop production and fish breeding.".
This Law becomes effective after six months from the date of official publication.
