About introduction of amendments to the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations

Article 1.

Bring in the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about violations (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2017, No. 4, the Art. 285) the following changes:

in Chapter 40:

a) in the note:

- shall be replaced with words the word of "Case" "1. Cases";

- add the note with part 2 following of content:

"2. Cases on violations, stipulated in Article 295-1 of this Code, are considered by authorized body of justice.";

b) add Chapter with Article 295-1 of the following content:

"Article 295-1. Violation of requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of state registration of legal entities, branches (representations)

Article 2.
